This is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web site. If you've visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first.

November 2005 - Oppen Enterprises is now in partnership with John Peterson of Diamond Reef Sails and Canvas providing a full range of sail repairs for customers in the Lake Minnetonka area.  We specialize in quick repairs of your racing sails to keep you on schedule for every race. 

Spring 2006 - Ask us about repair or rebuilding your mainsails, jibs, and spinnakers. We also offer a variety of new sails from North, Quantum, and Elliot Pattison for our racing and cruising customers. See sail repair and boat repair for more details.

Fall 2006 - We recently added a truck to our fleet for use in transporting boats to regattas, and to allow us to work on boats wherever they are located.  In the fall of 2007 we transported the S-2 7.9 Songbird to the Nashville Equalizer regatta, stopping at Lake of the Ozarks on the trip to the regatta and the return trip to work on a project replacing all the canvas on a 39 foot Sea Ray damaged in a storm the previous year.  See transportation for more details.  

Winter 2007 - We now have a S-2 7.9 available for charter customers for the winter regatta circuit.  Ask us about chartering the boat for events such as Key West Race Week, Charleston Race Week, and NOOD regattas in St. Petersburg, Annapolis, Chicago, and Detroit.  We will transport the boat to the regatta, set it up, tune it up, and provide expert crew if requested.  All you have to do is show up for the event and have a good time.
